AUSTRALIA-WIDE DELIVERY

We offer free shipping Australia-wide for orders over $350. For orders under $350, a shipping fee of $20 will apply. Orders are dispatched via TNT, complete with tracking and signature upon delivery. Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.

Our standard lead time for made-to-order pieces ranges from 4 to 6 weeks from the date of purchase.

While we strive to expedite deliveries whenever feasible, we kindly ask you to consider our timelines when placing your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

For our international customers, all orders are shipped through Fedex. A flat shipping fee of $50 will be applied to all international orders. Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders shipping outside of Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, and Europe, please note that additional taxes, fees, and duties may apply as per the regulations of the destination country.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed on their orders by the customs authorities of their respective countries. Import thresholds and customs charges vary depending on the destination, the contents, and the value of the order. These charges may need to be paid before receiving the order or could be billed to you at a later time. Any customs brokerage costs associated with these fees are also the responsibility of the recipient.

RREN Jewellery will not be liable for any customs duties, taxes, or charges imposed on international orders under any circumstances.

It is advisable to contact your local customs office before placing your order to determine if any import fees will apply.

In cases where a shipment is deemed undeliverable due to refusal to pay import fees, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or other reasons, the shipment may be abandoned at the destination country. If the shipment is redirected back to us under these circumstances, the recipient will be responsible for any additional shipping costs, import fees, customs taxes, duties, and charges associated with the return. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued minus any freight charges incurred.
