• If the exact item is unavailable for replacement, RREN Jewellery reserves the right to offer a comparable alternative of equal or greater value.
3. Warranty Claims:
• To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
• Warranty claims must be made directly to RREN Jewellery and cannot be processed through third-party retailers or distributors.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to RREN Jewellery for evaluation and repair or replacement.
4. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
• Accidental damage, such as dropping or crushing the jewellery.
• Improper storage or handling of the jewellery.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or tarnishing over time.
• Unauthorized repairs or alterations performed by parties other than RREN Jewellery.

• The warranty provided by RREN Jewellery is void if the item has been altered, resized, or repaired by a jeweller not authorized by RREN Jewellery.
• Any tampering with the original RREN Jewellery hallmark or markings will void the warranty.
6. Transferability:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the jewellery item.
7. Limitation of Liability:
• RREN Jewellery's liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective item as outlined in this policy.
• Under no circumstances shall RREN Jewellery be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the jewellery.
