To help you preserve the brilliance and lustre of your jewellery, we've compiled the following care and cleaning guide:
01. Everyday Care
To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions and cleaning products, which can leave residue or affect the finish of your pieces.
We recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, exercising, gardening or any activity that may expose it to impact or abrasive surfaces.
02. Cleaning
Regular cleaning helps maintain the lustre of gold and brilliance of diamonds.
Gold & Diamond Jewellery
Soak in lukewarm water with mild soap, then gently clean around the diamonds and settings with a soft-bristled brush. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a soft microfibre cloth.
For a quick refresh, use the RREN Jewellery Cleaning Pen to remove residue from diamonds and their settings, using the tip for intricate areas.
Gold Jewellery
Clean with lukewarm water and mild soap. Rinse, pat dry with a soft microfibre cloth and finish with a jewellery polishing cloth to restore shine.

03. Storage
When not being worn, store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined jewellery box to prevent scratching and tangling.
Keep your jewellery in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture.
04. Maintenance & Repairs
We recommend checking your jewellery occasionally for signs of wear, particularly around diamond settings, clasps and delicate details.
If you notice a loose stone, worn setting or any damage, stop wearing the piece and bring it to us for inspection and repair.
An annual professional clean and inspection is also recommended, particularly for pieces worn every day.
05. Professional Cleaning
Ultrasonic and steam cleaning can be effective for certain jewellery, but are not suitable for every piece or gemstone. We recommend first consulting with us, or another reputable jeweller, before using these methods.
For delicate designs, antique pieces or jewellery with more intricate settings, professional cleaning is recommended.
